INVESTITURE CEREMONY : Welcomed all new and “old” leaders into Girl Scouts
Dolores – Nuts
· Need to sign up for delivery times
· All orders are due Monday, October 18th
· Thursday, October 21st needs to be given to Dolores
· Need detail report, T-2 forms (order & incentives)
· Please print in landscape form for easier reading
· Not registered = no orders
· Lantern orders need to be separate check

· New signature cards need to signed
· If you have not turned in last year’s end of the year reports your bank accounts are frozen until they are turned in.

· Sight for Kids – troop working on Bronze award. Can bring glasses to service unit and receive a pin for girl participating.
· Will hopefully have info about Salvation Army Stocking next meeting.
Wendy Baxter – Family Partnership
· Contest for troop with the most % will win a party at Build-a-Bear

· ALF training due November 20th
· Met CEO she was real eager to be working with the Girl Scouts. She has previous experience working for non-profit organizations.
· Leaderfeast November 6th 8am – 6pm $20.00 registration due October 21st. Lots of Fun!!
· Survey Online October 15 - November 15 This is to find out how resourceful camps are to the girls and parents. It’s real important to return.
· Gold Project in Wilkes County: Wrote a book called “Walking with Grace” it’s about a girl in their troop who passed away and the troop wrote her story. $21.00. Let Beth know if you want a copy of book
